Allowed Pets
Up to 1 dog (2nd pet-select properties only) , 1 cat (2nd pet-select properties only) , 1 cat , 1 dog allowed.
Weight limits: 100 lbs per dog (2nd pet-select properties only) , 100 lbs per cat (2nd pet-select properties only) , 100 lbs per cat , 100 lbs per dog
Pet Types
Residents are permitted to have up to two (2) pets per apartment. A $300 non-refundable pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent will apply for one (1) pet. For two (2) pets, a $500 non-refundable pet fee and $35 monthly pet rent will apply. Pets must be at least 6 months old, spayed or neutered, and may not exceed 17 inches in height from shoulder to ground at full maturity.
